Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Danylo Holets ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games:
- Satisfying Bricks
- Time Bullet: 2D Shooter
- Crowd Conqueror: 3D Runner
and any other app of ours that links to this policy (together, the "Apps"). If you have any questions, contact us at goletsdan@gmail.com.
In short
- Our games don't ask for your name, email or an account. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- The Apps are free and supported by ads. They use Google services (Google AdMob for ads, and Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics), which automatically collect device information, identifiers and usage data.
- Personalized ads are only shown if you allow them: through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iPhone and iPad, and through the consent form shown in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. You can change your choice at any time.
- We don't sell your information for money. Depending on where you live, using advertising identifiers for personalized ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" under local law. You can opt out of this.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
We don't ask you to create an account or provide your name, email address or other contact details in order to play. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Information stored on your device
The Apps save your game progress (such as completed levels), settings (such as control sensitivity and vibration) and in-game items (such as power-up charges) locally on your device. This data is not sent to us. You can remove it by deleting the App, and in Satisfying Bricks you can also clear your progress with Settings > Reset Progress.
Information collected automatically by third-party services
The Apps use third-party software development kits (SDKs) from Google, described in section 3. These SDKs automatically collect information such as:
- Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, language, screen size, app version, and network or carrier information.
- Identifiers: the device advertising identifier (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID) where you allow it, the identifier for vendors (IDFV) on Apple devices, and app instance identifiers generated by the SDKs.
- Approximate location: coarse location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Usage and gameplay data: for example app opens, session length, levels started and completed, power-ups used, and rewarded ads watched.
- Advertising data: which ads were shown, ad clicks and interactions, and information used to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance data collected by the SDKs to keep their services working.
Device features
The Apps may use your device's vibration (haptics) for game feedback. You can turn this off in the App's settings. The Apps do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location, and do not send push notifications.
2. How we use information
- To run the game and keep your progress and settings on your device.
- To show ads that keep the Apps free, including personalized ads where you have allowed them, and to measure how ads perform and prevent ad fraud.
- To understand how players use the Apps (for example, which levels are too hard) so we can fix problems and improve the game. We look at this information in aggregate, not to identify you.
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
3. Third-party services
Satisfying Bricks uses the services below. Our other Apps may use some or all of them. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
| Service | Purpose | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Showing banner, interstitial and rewarded ads; measuring ads; preventing fraud | Google Privacy Policy How Google uses information from apps that use its services |
| Google User Messaging Platform | Asking for and storing your privacy and ad choices (consent) | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Understanding how the App is used | Privacy and Security in Firebase |
Ads may be provided by Google and by third-party ad partners working through Google AdMob. Information about these partners is available in Google's consent form in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
4. Advertising, tracking and your choices
- iPhone and iPad: the Apps ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you will still see ads, but they won't be personalized using that identifier. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: on first launch you are shown a consent form where you can accept, refuse or customise the use of your data for personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy Options button in the App's settings.
- US states with privacy laws: you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising with the Privacy Options button in the App's settings, where available, or by contacting us.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
If you refuse personalized ads, the Apps still show ads, but they are based on general information such as the App itself or your approximate location.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases:
- Consent: for personalized advertising and for storing or accessing information on your device for that purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time through Privacy Options in the App's settings. This doesn't affect processing that happened before.
- Legitimate interests: for analytics that help us improve the game, for showing non-personalized ads that fund the free App, and for security and fraud prevention. You can object to this processing by contacting us.
- Legal obligations: where we must process information to comply with the law.
6. When we share information
- With service providers listed in section 3, so that they can provide ads and analytics.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- In a business transfer, such as a sale or merger involving the Apps.
We do not sell personal information for money.
7. International transfers
We are based in Ukraine, and our service providers (such as Google) may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep information
- Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the App or reset your progress.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics for Firebase is kept for a limited period (no more than 14 months) and then deleted automatically.
- Advertising data is kept by Google according to its own policies.
- Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and our service providers apply their own security safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in some EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at goletsdan@gmail.com and we will delete it.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Canada or certain US states), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
Because the Apps have no accounts, we usually do not hold information that identifies you by name. Most information is held by Google and linked to device identifiers. You can control it with the settings described in section 4, and you can remove local data by deleting the App. To make any other request, email us at goletsdan@gmail.com. We may need information from you to verify the request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
12. Additional information for US residents
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in section 11. In the past 12 months, through the third-party services in section 3, the Apps collected these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers and IP addresses;
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as interactions with the App and with ads;
- Approximate geolocation derived from IP addresses;
- Inferences used to choose relevant ads.
This information is collected from your device for the purposes in section 2. Identifiers and network activity may be disclosed to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, which may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under some state laws. You can opt out as described in section 4. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes ("Shine the Light"). We do not make such disclosures.
13. Do-Not-Track signals
There is no uniform standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them. You can control tracking in the Apps with the choices described in section 4.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we may also let you know in the Apps.
